For a description in German please click here. The event location is directly located in the city center of Vienna. The sports camp as well as the tournament is part of the "2. Wiener Hundetage" which will host exhibitions, dog sports, etc. Located in the city center in the infield of the famous horse racing area Krieau, it's comfortable to either take public transport or ride by car. Please find attached a google maps showing the exact location.

The exact adress is: Trabrennbahn Krieau, Nordportalstr. 247, 1020 Wien. Please note, you access the event location by turning into 'Meiereistrasse' just next to the 'Ernst Happel' football stadium. If the parking lots next to the site are already filled up, there are additional possibilities at Stadion Parkplatz(3 minutes walking, 2,5h free parking) Parkplatz vom Stadionbad (3 minutes walking, 2,5h free parking) By public transport take the underground line U2 exit at station 'Stadion (Ernst Happelstadion)' it's within 2 minutes walking distance.

Please do not forget to bring along your dog's valid vaccination card (Impfpass) as you'll be need to show when entering the location. Dogs need to be kept on the leash except when competing / warmup.

Participants will receive free access to the "2. Wiener Hundetag" and event location. Visitors and non-playing people need to buy a ticket for 7€. Children 0-6 are free, 6-15 4€.

During the Vienna Sport Vestival/ 2nd Vienna Dog Day - all participants have the possibility to camp on-site. There will be a seperated dog sports camp directly beside the venue which can be used for a small fee of 15,- Euro (for the whole time span) per camping unit (tent, mobile home, caravan..) If there should be heavy rain we can provide shelters for tent-users. The sports camp willl open on friday afternoon and will close monday at noon. If you want to stay in Vienna for longer there is an official camp site within 10 Minutes driving. (google for Camping "NEUE DONAU") There will be showers and toilets available and the possibility to buy meals and drinks at the restaurant. Additionally there is the possiblity to oder a breakfast. (for a small fee): On Saturday evening we plan a large get-together for all participants.

A shopping mall, a bakery and some supermarkets are located nearby within 10 mintes walking (closed on sunday) Thze largest dog run is located just 100 metres from the camp. The Vienna Prater with the world famous giant wheel and a large number of restaurants are also located nearby. A lot of hotels are also nearby in all price and quality ranges from cheap to 5star. The subway station "U2 STADION" is just 2 minutes walk from the venue - so the city center of vienna is within easy reach. Just within the distance of 10 minutes by bus or underground there's a beach for dogs and humans called 'Angelibad' (see map) which you are able to access for free. Auf ein Wiedersehen in Wien!
